Syrakon is small on purpose. We make the tools we want to use ourselves — sharp, narrow, and honest about their boundaries.
We do not believe in lock-in, in usage cliffs that punish growth, or in support tickets that spend a week bouncing around an outsourced queue. What we publish openly, we publish for good; what we sell, we sell at a price written down in advance.
The roadmap is public, the changelog is honest, and the person on the other end of hello@syrakon.com is the one writing the code.

A CLI you can learn in an afternoon beats a platform that needs a quarterly training. Composability over completeness.
Honest about closed source.
Most products are closed source. Svitrio ships under BSL and converts to Apache 2.0 after eight years; Arkeion's storage core is open. No open-core theatre — you know what you can read and what you pay for.
Pricing is a contract.
Flat pricing. No metered surprises. EU VAT handled. Annual is a discount, not a lock.
Scope is a tax.
Every product does one thing. If we ever ask you to leverage our integrated platform, sue us.
