Mit der Nutzung eines Syrakon-Produkts (des "Dienstes") akzeptierst du diese Bedingungen. Einzelne Produkte können produktspezifische Bedingungen ergänzen; diese haben im Konfliktfall Vorrang, aber nur für das jeweilige Produkt.

1. Service

Syrakon ("we", "us") provides developer tools and SaaS, including but not limited to Gitorii, Gate, and Quota. Open-source components are licensed separately under their own licenses (typically MIT or Apache-2.0). The cloud services and dashboards are proprietary.

2. Account and access

You are responsible for the credentials you use to access the Service and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@syrakon.com if you suspect compromise.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to violate the law, infringe rights, send unsolicited bulk messages, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt the Service for other users. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Pricing and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are stated excluding VAT; VAT is added where applicable under EU rules. We use Paddle as merchant of record; your contract for payment is with them.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel any subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We offer a 14-day refund window for new annual purchases as required by EU consumer law.

6. Data

See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data, and the DPA available on request from legal@syrakon.com if you are processing personal data through the Service.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranties beyond those that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime outside what is committed in a signed SLA.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, providing notice where reasonable. You may terminate at any time by canceling and ceasing use.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes go to the courts of the city where Syrakon has its registered office, except where consumer law grants you the right to sue in your local jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
